Twinning

The annual Pumpkin Bread delivery was successful this afternoon. Along with all of our other traditions this week, we include baking a few extra pumpkin loaves to deliver to our neighbors on Oak Street. This is a special thank you to them for being our neighbors and for accepting the extra noise plus traffic that naturally happens when living close to an elementary school. Many students and staff had a hand in making this happen. First grade mixed the bread, Carol, Marge and Jennifer baked the loaves to perfection, third grade students in Mrs. Douglass' decorated cards with recipes on the back, and 4th grade volunteers stuffed as well as delivered the bread gift bags. A special thank you to Mrs. Miller, Chief Joe Camp, and Mrs. Mullen for coordinating this event as well as making sure everyone stayed safe. Enjoy your pumpkin bread!
3rd grades turn!!! It smells like stuffing!!
